But then I thought about Tonya.yes Tonya the girl in Shaun T's Insanity workout with the rock hard abs and killer body. ![]() ![]() I got home and two things happened 1) I ate sushi with my husband prior to working out (I strongly advise against this!) and 2) my biggest "sabotager" (husband) thought I should "take a day off, and come lay down".hmmmmm, I thought about it, a lot, I actually almost had myself convinced that my body would benefit more from the day of rest. Work fortunately was so busy I was able to limp around and put the pending hell that awaited me at the DVD player out of my mind. And again, all day I wondered how my body would ever be able to handle another workout with it's increasing constant pain. How appropriate that I have firey flames of hell as my background to this blog.Day 3 started with the same soreness in my body, as soon as the alarm clock blasted off at 5AM. ![]()
